Features

Moduline units are ideal for air conditioning wide rooms and perimeter zones in a building. Their modular concept meets the requirements of variable air volume systems

Variable air volume systems save energy because there is no need to mix the supply cool air, which is simply modulated in accordance with the thermal load of the room controlled.

In addition, fan motor power input decreases as supply air flow is reduced.

In variable air volume distribution systems, a master unit, fitted with a thermostat and an air flow controller can control seven slave terminals. Conventional balancing dampers required in duct systems are thus eliminated.

Air is diffused by each terminal through two linear and symmetrical slots with horizontal discharge, parallel with the ceiling. These slots are aerodynamically profiled to ensure no turbulence: an insurance that the unit will perform without excessive noise.

Moduline plenums and diffusers are thermally and acoustically insulated by thick fibreglass.

37AF units can be used in any fixed false ceiling, and the central removable diffuser allows easy access to the control equipment. 37AF units accept one or two control kits according to model, and air flow from each side can be controlled separately.

In 37AF models, control equipment is completely incorporated in the unit. In constant air flow units, this equipment is supplemented by an air flow controller. In variable air flow units, a bimetal thermostat is added. An external control system is available as an option.

The control kits can be installed on-site. 37AF Moduline units are suitable for fixed false ceiling installation (plaster) or where there is limited access close to the units.
