Our Service Business Unit provides services to all Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and refrigeration irrespective of the Make, Brand or Type. Some of the products offered at Service Business Unit are:

Full Protection Plan:

It is a planned maintenance programme to protect and enhance the performance of the air conditioning equipment at a single annual fixed fee. It is a maintenance contract covering the entire expenses of labour, parts and consumables. Our programme includes scheduled servicing visits, general repairs and 24 hours emergency call outs. 

Reactive Business Jobs:

It is a specified type of after sales service provided to different customers for their range of air conditioning products /systems irrespective of the make, brand or type as ONE TIME JOB against a pre-agreed price without any future commitment for maintenance of the same. 

Carrier Maintenance Service (CMS+):

It is a contract covering inspection labour only. 

Carrier Maintenance Service plus (CMS+):

It is a maintenance contract covering SUPPLY OF LABOUR AND CONSUMABLES ONLY. Any spare parts required will be charged extra from the customer. 

Start-up Plus:

It is a contract between commercial systems Business Units and Service Business Unit to provide labour and consumables towards commissioning, troubleshooting and rectification of the Carrier equipment. This contract is generally for one year from the date of commissioning. 

Retrofit:

It is a replacement of the existing equipment with new one. 

Marine:

Our marine services involve all kinds of repairs, replacement, renovation, retrofit, compressors overhauling conversion of F-12 based Air conditioning and refrigerant systems to more environment friendly refrigerant. Round the clock, dedicated and professional Marine team to meet with all emergencies carries out services with quick response time and access to all seaports in UAE. 

BMS/CCN:

We offer BMS (Building Monitoring Systems) and CCN (Carrier Comfort Network)
