UTS Carrier, a joint venture Company was established in 1983 in the UAE. This Joint Venture, served to cement a relationship between United Technical Services (UTS) and Carrier Corporation, a relationship that began nearly a decade before the birth of the United Arab Emirates.

Though the main objective was to distribute and service Carrier Air-conditioning systems, UTS Carrier has grown over the years to become the only company in the UAE to offer a comprehensive and complete range of Heating, Ventilation, Air- conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) products and services. 

UTS Carrier has adopted a service oriented operating policy. As a result, keeping in mind the individual requirements of the various customer segments, UTS Carrier has organized it's operations into four distinct Business Units. Each Business Unit handles a category of products and services, and focuses on meeting and surpassing the customer's expectations.

The Commercial Systems Business Unit (CMS) handles Carrier's Chillers, AHUs, FCUs   Packages and Ducted Splits (over 5 tons) for medium to large size buildings.


The Residential and Light Commercial Business Unit (RLC) covers the window units, DFS units and the ducted split units (under 5 Tons) for various small applications.

The Service Business Unit has invested significantly in man-power and technology to serve UTS Carrier's customers in the UAE, and provide the most highly trained service field-force. This Business Unit has also developed several maintenance programs, like the Full Protection Plan, to offer full preventive maintenance with 24 hour breakdown service. The Service Business Unit also supports the CMS and RLC Business Units with after-sales-service in co-ordination with the Customer Service and Quality department. 


The Parts and Allied Products Business Unit (PAP) offers a wide range of air-conditioning and refrigeration replacement parts, consumables and allied products. Moreover, the PAP Business Unit also handles the sales of commercial and transport refrigeration units for small walk-in refrigerated food storage rooms to large industrial cold stores.

In addition, nine outlets including three Superstores of UTS Carrier have been set up in UAE. These outlets provide customer's access to the most advanced air conditioning technology in the world, including the full range of sophisticated air and water-cooled chillers and state-of-the-art residential systems and their associated parts.
