The central workshop is a very specialized HVAC equipment repair workshop. It is comprised of a Motor Rewinding Section, Machining Section and Mechanical Repairs Section. The workshop is running under the supervision of highly qualified personnel to insure that all the activities, Quality Standards are applied with compliance to the ISO 9002 Procedures. 

UTS Carrier is running a Compressor Overhauling Centre that is specialized in overhauling a variety of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning compressors.  The compressors overhauled at the centre may have any capacity from 20 Tons to 100 Tons regardless of the make or brand. 


Technical Training Center

UTS Carrier is fully aware that in such a competitive market, the success factor is to invest in building a team of employees that is qualified to support and comply with customer requirement. Our Technical Training Centre is specialized in training the field staff on different subjects related to HVAC industry either at the centre or at site. Furthermore, the training centre is getting the technical support from Carrier University at USA beside Research and Development centres of Carrier factories all over the world. UTS Carrier is striving for continuous growth to reinforce a Leadership position. 


Super Store – Parts and Allied products

The super store is an innovative selling idea where all HVAC equipment and spare parts can be found in a single specialized place.  UTS Carrier - Super stores are found in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaima and they are connected via a computer network system to UTS Carrier Logistics Department for more efficient stock control.  

Environment, Health and Safety Department

Safety comes first, and UTS Carrier is applying long term EH&S policy and strict codes to protect the personal safety and environment.  Our mission is to protect the safety of our employees and environment, as we are committed to supply safe products and services by establishing Safety and Environment plans and goals as an integral part of our business plan.

Quality Assurance Department

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for maintaining the continuous improvement and achievement of the highest quality standards of the company’s provided products and services.  UTS Carrier is certified as ISO 9002 Supply and Servicing Company.

Technical Design Department

This department is providing technical support for all other departments as well as outside customers. The latest in HVAC Industry, Standards, Codes and Procedures is followed and applied to insure that any solution provided is economic, efficient and confirms with customer needs and constraints.
